What do we know about audiences?
Why do people visit museums and galleries?
Who goes and who doesn't?
What prevents people from visiting museums and galleries?
How big is your market and what is your present share?
The workshop will use the findings from research carried out by MHM for the West Midlands region and will aim to Identify the big issues affecting your venue as well as
setting audience development objectives,
putting together your audience development plan through to monitoring and evaluation.
