Aims: Modern business increasingly relies on the individuals’ ability to manage different projects, often simultaneously. This form of management is replacing the more traditional structured company style in many different areas. Using projects and a detailed interactive exercise, this course aims to develop the methods and skills necessary for the effective management of projects.

Who should attend: This is an introductory course for those new to project management. The course also addresses the needs of staff who manage or are involved in the project

process.
