Renaissance West Midlands Training

Aims: This 1 day programme aims to equip you with the necessary skills and strategies to recognise, define and establish problems at their root cause. It encourages a systematic approach to analysing and weighing risks, through the use of simple tools and techniques. By the end of the programme you will feel confident and enthused to tackle many of the obstacles (large and small) that interfere with the smooth running of your department/area.

Who should attend? Anyone who is required to identify and solve problems (of any nature) and make decisions in the work place.
