Aims: The Revisiting Collections Toolkit explains how to identify and document "hidden" and "new" knowledge about your collections. This course, developed by MLA and Collections Trust, introduces the methodology set out in the Toolkit with particular emphasis on the use of focus groups and effective documentation of new information in your existing system.

Who should attend: Staff and volunteers working with collections and those responsible for managing and developing collections.
